CEO of QCOSS Aimee McVeigh told Neil Breen there are more than 300,000 Queenslanders who are facing housing insecurity.

“It is the case that we need an urgent and timely response from the Queensland government,” she said on 4BC Drive.

“It’s very promising that the Premier stood up today and said the government’s taking it seriuosly.

“That they’re looking at rental caps, and they’re also looking at acquiring properites that are currently under that national rental affordability scheme.”
