Steve Price has revealed his top pick for the race that stops the nation.

The famed Melbourne Cup kicks off tomorrow at 3pm AEDT and many Australians will be looking to place their bets.

Rita Panahi tells Steve she swears by “unscientific methods”.

“I always go with the odds and I like the names.”

Steve gives her a tip for a horse he believes could be the best value for money.

“It applies to me so you can use this horse, perhaps tomorrow.

“It’s called Master of Reality, I was a master of a reality TV program I did.”
