It’s all about timing your ‘nanna nap’
There’s been a lot of studies into whether ‘nanna naps’ benefit your cognitive skills, in fact we know cultures embrace the afternoon nap or as they call it, a ‘siesta’.
A new study from the journal, General Psychiatry has surveyed more than 2-thousand people with the aim to see whether a power nap can help those aged over 60 years old.
Professor Sharon Naismith is a Neuropsychologist from the University of Sydney’s Brain and Mind Centre and she joins John Stanley to cut the fat off nanna naps and how to make them work for you.
