How Novak fought the visa cancellations

Novak Djokovic has won his federal court battle against the Australian government. 

A Judge has ordered the nine-time Australian Open champion be released from immigration detention and have his passport returned.

The Immigration Minister is considering using his discretionary power to cancel Djokovic’s visa for a second time. 

But Judge Anthony Kelly has clarified if Djokovic is deported, he will be unable to return to Australia for three years.
