A 17-year-old girl remains fighting for life in hospital after a horror crash in Sunnybank Hills.

Around 11.20pm Monday, a Lexus left the roadway and crashed into a house on Gowan Road.

The impact caused significant structural damage to the home, but luckily no one was inside at the time.

Police allege the Lexus had been stolen during a burglary at Kuraby on Sunday and had since been seen at the location of multiple crimes in the South Brisbane and Logan areas.

Four males fled the scene in a stolen black Audi sedan, which had reportedly been travelling with the Lexus.

Police say hours later at 4am Tuesday, the car was involved in a break and enter of a Coopers Plains business and was later found abandoned in Inala.

They’ve released vision of the incident and are asking the public to come forward with any information or footage that could help investigations.
