Staff member discovers woman’s body in Sunshine Coast resort room

A woman’s body has been found at a resort on the Sunshine Coast.
It will be alleged a Pelican Waters resort staff member made the grim discovery around 3.35pm Monday.
A man was also located in the room has been charged with murder (domestic violence offence).
The pair had been staying at the resort in the leadup to an event.
Investigations are ongoing.
