The NSW Government has confirmed it will provide free Influenza vaccines as early as next week.

The news comes as the state records a massive spike in flu infections, and sees it fall in line with Queensland where Premier Palaszczuk and Health Minister Yvette D’Ath announced free flu shots for Queenslanders.

Resident doctor, Dr Ross Walker joins John to share why it is important the flu shot is free and accessible.
