Animal probiotics on the world stage
A study has shown a probiotic used at one of Australia’s leading dairy research facility’s stands up alongside the rest of the world.
More than 450 of the world’s leading agricultural researchers have gathered at the International Greenhouse Gas and Animal Agriculture Conference in the US.
Australian company Terragen has showcased its probiotic feed supplement, MYLO, which is shown to improve productivity in dairy cows.
Rural Reporter Brady Evans caught up with Terragen’s Chief Scientist, Doctor Martin Soust, to find out more about the conference and the work being done in this field.
