4BC listener flags possible billing change from major telco
A long-term Telstra customer says he believes the telco is migrating customers to a direct debit payment system.
Brisbane Live listener Peter reached out to Telstra looking for a data-only SIM card.
He said he was told he would have go direct billing.
“It seems talking with Telstra this morning, that they are in the process of migrating all of their customer database to a new billing system, that billing system will mean that every Telstra client has to give them banking details.”
