Food technologist’s tips for hosting Christmas amid a sea of allergies/intolerants
Australia has one of the highest rates of allergies and intolerances in the world.
With Christmas only days away, food technologist Emma White says it can be overwhelming hosting and preparing meals for guests who have intolerances or allergies.
“Making sure you are cooking it separately to everything else, and also putting it separately on the kitchen table and letting people I know those foods are nut free, dairy free and gluten free,” she said.
