A handful of islands in Queensland are up for grabs and some could be picked up for the same price as a house in Brisbane! 

Queensland Sotheby’s Realty media director Lynn Malone told Laurel & Mark the upfront cost of owning your own island may not be as expensive as you’d expect.

Mark Hine: “We’re all thinking they’re going to be in the hundreds of millions of dollars.”

Lynn Malone: “It seems that way and perhaps they are worth that amount of money because you have the entire island to yourself, so it’s not sharing with another resident, or another resort or parkland.”
