Concerns for older customers as some ANZ branches cease handling cash
One of the nations biggest banks, ANZ, has revealed it would stop handling cash at some of its branches.
The bank confirmed some of its services, like withdrawing cash over the counter, will be stopped.
While only eight per cent of its customers “solely rely” on branches for their everyday banking, Sofie Formica suggested on 4BC Breakfast it will disproportionately affect the disabled and elderly.
