Four police officers have been wounded in a stolen truck incident in Meringandan, north of Toowoomba.

While intercepting an alleged stolen truck, four Queensland police officers have sustained injuries and three police vehicles have been damaged.

Two of the officers were airlifted to hospital in serious condition.
