Justice Anthony Besanko has handed down his findings in Ben Roberts-Smith’s landmark defamation case against Nine.

The decorated Australian soldier, Ben Roberts-Smith, took the Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, and Canberra Times to court accusing them of defamation.

Justice Anthony Besanko has now delivered his findings that there is truth in the newspapers’ allegations of war crimes committed by Ben Robert-Smith.
