After a period where supply severely restricted sales Volkswagen has more
recently had much better supply, sales to the end of August up 54 percent on the
same time last year. Its best seller the small VW T-Roc SUV available in a five-
model range that stretches from $35,990 to $61,990. Volkswagen Australia
recently boosting the T-Roc range with upgraded technology and more
equipment. The value packed entry T-Roc City Life SUV gaining an 8.0-inch touch
screen now with satellite navigation and voice control, wireless Apple CarPlay
and Android Auto plus side assist blind spot monitoring and rear traffic alert. The
front wheel drive T-Roc City Life with 1.4-litre 110kW turbo engine and eight
speed automatic has proven a popular model however the more powerful T-Roc
4-motion 4WD grades really offer a point of difference – the top line T-Roc R SUV
basically a higher riding example of the potent VW Golf R hatch – a compact SUV
with 2.0-litre 221kW turbo engine and seven-speed dual clutch automatic with
four-wheel-drive grip. The drive experience elevated in a distinctly sporty small
SUV packed with features like Nappa leather seats, and a host of active safety
