In the second hour, Olympia chats to an expert on retail marketing and consumer behaviour, Professor Gary Mortimer. They discuss the ‘Lipstick Effect’, and what it means for consumers, and the economy.

Also, Tim Douge, an exercise physiologist and the co-owner and director at Studio 99 Fitness in the studio to chat about how to stay on top of your fitness goals for the new year.

Finally, we have Tony Dell who joins us now to talk about life with PTSD, and shares stories of his life, including his service in Vietnam, and a surprise story about a cat he got from The Beatles.
