More rubbish dumped outside of ‘Return & Earn’ centres

The NSW Government’s Container Deposit Scheme has been in place for less than a week and already it’s causing major problems.
‘Return and Earn’ centres across the state have been swamped with rubbish that isn’t accepted by the machines.
These photos were taken at Bateau Bay, Vincentia, Emerton and Wagga Wagga.
