Listener Steven sent in these photos of a botched NBN job at his elderly parent’s home in Canberra.

The unprofessional job was completed two weeks ago.

An NBN spokesperson has since contacted The Ray Hadley Morning Show claiming they are not responsible for the work:

“Our records show that the NBN technician did not enter this property when installing the NBN.

“The installation occurred at the pillar on the street outside the property.

“Therefore this is not an NBN installation.”

However, Steven refutes those claims, adamant it was an NBN technician.
