Sleeping homeless man killed by garbage truck

A man who was sleeping in an inner-city Brisbane laneway has died after a rubbish truck reversed over him.
The truck was reportedly reversing in Isle Lane off Adelaide Street, near Anzac Square, to make a collection before 3am when it struck the man.
Police believe the man was asleep at the time.
The man, confirmed to have been homeless, died at the scene.
