The decision to name retiring Queensland great Billy Slater the State of Origin man of the series has sparked a storm of controversy.
Slater was the judge’s pick even though he only played two of the three matches.
One of the judge’s was Kangaroo’s coach Mal Meninga who tells Ben he absolutely stands by his decision.
