The Palaszczuk government has announced it is changing the name of the Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital to the Queensland Children’s Hospital.

It comes after pressure from hospital staff and claims that the public was confused about whether it was a public or a private hospital.

Lady Cilento’s family is devastated by the decision and her son David tells Mark it is a complete slap in the face and disrespects her legacy.
