Businesses at the once bustling Stones Corner shopping strip have become the latest to warn they are struggling to keep their heads above water.

Like many high streets across across Brisbane and the southeast many shops lie vacant and that is driving shoppers away.

The president of the Our Stones Corner traders group Rebecca Osborne tells Mark that if landlords accepted more short term leases it could breath new life into the precinct.
