A Brisbane naturopath has enlisted renowned neurosurgeon Professor Charlie Teo to help with a trial of medical marijuana to treat an aggressive form of brain tumor.

About 1,000 people are diagnosed with glioma each year and fewer than 5% survive beyond five years.

Dr Janet Schloss from the Endeavour College of Natural Health tells Mark the cannabis will be administered alongside traditional cancer treatments.
