NSW Police have released footage of a 22-kilometre pursuit with a driver who was allegedly high on ice.

Ryan Elliott was a disqualified driver who had only been released from three weeks earlier, a court has heard.

The Illawarra Mercury’s Shannon Tonkin reports police spotted him behind the wheel of a white Holden Commodore at Albion Park Rail on November 2 last year.

Officers tried to pull the car over but he took off along the Princes Highway
