The Premier’s office has pressed ‘reply all’ on an email, revealing a lack of care in handling citizen enquiries.

A Townsville crime victim reached out to the Premier’s office asking for help with Queensland’s increasing crime problems.

A staffer in Palaszczuk’s office was meant to forward the victim’s email to another staff member to handle and wrote ‘send standard response please’, but accidentally sent the response to many more than was intended when they hit ‘reply all’.

Press PLAY to hear the victim’s response to the Premier’s office

Neil Breen addressed the story on Brisbane Live and said, “you write to the Premier and the attitude in her office is ‘oh here’s another pest who’s house has been broken into stacks, send standard response to them.'”
