FINAL AMBER ALERT | Missing toddler found safe in QLD
A toddler missing from the north coast of New South Wales has been found safe and well.
Police issued an Amber Alert “as a matter of extreme urgency” after the 22-month-old girl went missing from Grafton.

It’s believed her 24-year-old father had taken her and had headed for Queensland.
After several hours of frantic searches, the girl was found safe and well at Southport, on the Gold Coast, at about 10.30pm on Wednesday night.
Police issued the following, updated statement.
The 22-month-old girl who was missing from the Grafton area since Monday (8 April 2019) has been safely located about 10.30pm today (Wednesday 10 April 2019), at an address in Southport, Queensland.
Police would like to thank the public and members of the media for their assistance in relation to this matter.
Investigations are ongoing and no further information is available at this stage.
