Angus Crichton reflects on his career ahead of his 150th NRL match
Sydney Roosters forward Angus Crichton has reflected on his career ahead of his 150th NRL match against the Canberra Raiders on Sunday.
Crichton first debuted for South Sydney in 2016 before moving to the Roosters in 2019, while he’s also represented NSW and the Kangaroos at the Rugby League World Cup last year.
The 27-year-old told The Continuous Call Team his time in the NRL has gone fast.
“It’s gone pretty quickly and it still feels like yesterday when I first started out,” Crichton said.
“I’m getting older now, I’m getting on.”
Crichton also spoke about some of his Rugby League role models growing up.
“I used to love Lote Tuqiri, I used to go to sleep praying I would wake up Fijian but it never happened,” he said.
