Manly coach Anthony Seibold says news of Captain Daly Cherry-Evans leaving the club at the end of the year won’t derail the Sea Eagles’ season, insisting it will bring the group closer together.

“I feel like it it’ll galvanise the group, everything I’ve seen from the players with their actions with their words during the week, there’s a real focus on playing our best football,” Seibold said.

The Continuous Call Team also gave their thoughts on the Manly saga this week with Paul Gallen describing it as “sad”.
