Australians could legally smoke cannabis by the end of 2023 if a Greens bill to be introduced this week passes federal parliament. 

“[They want] to legalise recreational cannabis, so you’d be able to grow it, you’d be able to consume it as freely as you want in every state and territory,” Today reporter Mia Glover told Laurel, Gary & Mark.

“The Greens are going to be putting a lot of pressure on the government to get this into power.”
