Australians holidaying in Hawaii have been left stranded after Jetstar cancelled flights home. 

At least two Jetstar flights scheduled to fly out of Honolulu have been axed since Saturday.

Affected passengers have been given around $300 per room for accommodation and some daily spending money.

It’s reported alternative flights are unavailable because of increased travel during the school holidays.
