Aussie runner Peter Bol fails drug test
Australian runner Peter Bol, who won hearts with his heroics in Tokyo, has tested positive for a performance-enhancing drug.
The 800-metre national record holder has returned a positive A sample to EPO and is now awaiting the results of the B sample.
The 28-year-old has issued a statement, saying he is innocent and has not taken the substance.
