A Brisbane GP has introduced an alternative approach to patient care, offering priority and consistent healthcare access. 

Evercare in Clayfield has implemented a membership-style payment model, charging patients a minimum of $1.50 per day for priority access to doctors, appointments and after-hours care.

Steven Dahl, CEO of Evercare, told Peter Gleeson on Drive, “We have set-up the clinic in response to what we believe is a necessity out there, which is patients having a regular GP that they get priority access to…”

“…It [the membership] allows patients to really effectively manage their primary healthcare costs, as well as getting a regular GP and confidante that they can get access to through the app or in clinic as needed,” Mr. Dahl continued.
