Brisbane’s housing market taking a ‘breather’, experts say
Property analysts say there is a lack of “stock” in the Brisbane housing market, as the market cools from its huge peak at the height of the pandemic.
James Fitzgerald, the managing director of property investment company JLF Group, said the headlines on the property market were often too extreme on either end.
“The reality is, it’s taken a breather, not many people are selling,” he told Neil Breen.
“How can it not, when interest rates are still going up?”
For anyone looking to buy, he had some advice.
