Today marks the 17th annual Day for Daniel, in honour of Sunshine Coast schoolboy Daniel Morcombe. 

Morcombe was abducted from an unofficial bus stop in 2003 while on his way to the Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre.

Daniel’s dad, Bruce Morcombe told Neil Breen today is like a grand final day for the Daniel Morcombe Foundation.

“Make the opportunity today, talk with a youngster about their personal safety, utilise the resources that are available free to download on our website.”
