Rugby League Immortal Andrew Johns has blown up at the NRL Bunker, amid a string of inconsistencies which have impacted Round 23 of the NRL.

It comes after Roosters lock Nathan Brown and Titans Prop Mo Fotuaika were both sent off in their respective games, while Johns labelled the Manly-Roosters game “unwatchable”.

Joey told The Continuous Call Team the bunker needs to stop involving itself in situations where it’s not required.

“Bunker, you stay out of the play! You come in during a try-scoring situation,” Johns said.

“Don’t be tipping to the refs during the play, it’s over the top, it’s over officiating.

“It’s effecting the product.”
