A woman from Byron Bay continues her battle to vindicate herself in the United States, where her data was exposed and linked to the sale of counterfeit Adidas and NBA merchandise.

Due to a technicality, Sarah Luke’s case has been dismissed by The Australian Financial Complaints Authority, leaving her with no recourse in Australia.

Ms. Luke told Peter Gleeson on 4BC Drive, “…This has been going on since December last year, so really in January I actually just fell apart, physically, mentally, emotionally…”

“…I mean I feel like I’m at the end of the line in Australia. The AFP don’t want to know about it, the NSW Police don’t want to know about it, my MP doesn’t want to know about it, I don’t know where else to turn in Australia. So as an Australian citizen, I feel very disappointed that there’s no support here,” Ms. Luke continued.
