Manly coach Des Hasler has been sacked after a long, tense stand-off with Sea Eagles power-brokers.

Hasler leaves Manly as a two-time premiership winner, with Anthony Seibold expected to be named as his replacement.

League reporter Danny Weidler told Peter Psaltis that Tom Trbojevic’s next move could be where it “gets concerning” for Manly.

“Tomorrow, Tom Trbojevic will meet with his agent and I expect at that meeting, it wouldn’t surprise me if he instructs his agent to ask for a release from Manly.

“It’ll be next level if Tommy decides to do that. We’ve already had Tom’s and Jake’s agents on the record, saying they’re not happy with everything that’s going on.”
