Following the ‘panther’ sighting at Bribie Island, an expert has offered his opinion on what this big cat could be. 

Bribie Island resident Cassie told to Peter Gleeson on Drive yesterday that she saw what she thought was a black panther on a four-wheel-drive track in Bribie Island.

Bushcraft Teacher, Jake Cassar, told Peter Gleeson on Drive, “Well, I don’t think it’s a full-sized panther here in Australia, although there have been probably hundreds of sightings over the past couple of decades…”
