Neil Breen has been sent frightening footage purporting to show a passenger hanging out of a car driving down the M1 on Saturday night.

The video was filmed near Rochedale and shows a passenger sitting out of the car’s window.

Neil says he’s been told anecdotally the M1 is like a “racetrack” on Friday and Saturday nights.

4BC listener Foti sent Neil the footage.

“It was kind of scary, and it took me a while, I was in shock.”

His wife filmed the footage and said they were aghast at what they witnessed.

The driver sped off when they spotted his wife filming.

“It was a few minutes, and arms in the air.”
