Goat’s milk the key to breaking bizarre, 20-year-old World Record
The unofficial Weet-Bix World Record has been smashed by more than 10 minutes, with the new champion heralding goat’s milk as his secret trick.
Macquarie Radio’s resident vet Doctor Rob Zammit ate 44 Weetbix in just 29 minutes.
The previous record was held by Jeremy from South Australia who managed 40 in 40 minutes and has remained uncontested since 1999.
He phoned Ray Hadley earlier in the week saying minimal milk is the key to success.
So did Dr Zammit follow the advice?
He joined Ray after taking home the title this morning live on Seven’s Sunrise.
“I can breathe now, so I can talk to you again.”
“I tried too, but I still went over two litres of milk… but Jeremy, if you’re listening, I went with goat’s milk. I found that a bit lighter.”
Dr Zammit has raised more than $22,000 for endometriosis so far, well on the way to Dr Zammit’s target of $50,000.
