Hannah’s Story is a new podcast that delves into the story of the brutal murder of Hannah Clarke and her three children at the hands of their father (her estranged husband)

9News Melissa Downes speaks to family, friends, first responders, witnesses, domestic violence experts and political leaders to help protect victims and find out what needs to be done to make sure it never happens again. 

She joined Laurel, Gary & Mark to share where she was on the day of the awful tragedy.

Melissa was one of the reporters covering the story at the time, she said standing on the street in Camp Hill, she was left at a complete loss as to how something like this happened, and it’s a story that’s stayed with her ever since. 

Together with Nine Producer Jess Lodge, this podcast aims to try and understand what needs to change to protect other women, and men, in abusive relationships and ensure this never happens again.
