The federal government has a conundrum on its hands amid news Novak Djokovic wants to return to Melbourne for the Australian Open. 

Djokovic’s visa was this year cancelled by the Morrison government, which saw him deported from the country and potentially barred from re-entering for three years.

But there’s suggestions the Albanese government is open to granting the Serbian star a visa.
