‘He’s spending like there’s no tomorrow’: PM demands Labor release policy costings
The Prime Minister is again calling on Labor to release the numbers behind its election policies.
Labor remains ahead of the Coalition by two points in the latest Newspoll but its primary vote has dropped, despite big-spending announcements by Bill Shorten.
Scott Morrison tells Alan Jones voters deserve to know what every policy will cost.
“The fact that he won’t be upfront about what the cost of these policies, I think, gives everyone real cause for concern.
“The thing is Bill thinks he can make everything free without anyone having to pay for it.
“We’ve seen it day in and day out on this campaign. He’s spending like there’s no tomorrow.”
