‘Magnificent, lethal and brutal’: The speech Alan Jones wants everyone to hear
Alan Jones has commended a Liberal Senator for delivering an unbelievably powerful speech in parliament.
Last week, Assistant Home Affairs Minister Linda Reynolds spoke of her disgust at the passing of the medivac bill and the true consequences of it.
“This is going to be the hardest and most personal speech I will ever make in this place.
“This morning when I saw my colleagues, here in this chamber, cheering and high-fiving each other on the passage of Labor’s amendments, I felt physically ill.”
Alan Jones praised Senator Reynolds for her moving words and urged everybody to listen to them.
“It’s magnificent, it’s lethal and it’s brutal and this is in relation to the Phelps legislation,” says Alan.
“I wonder, Kerryn Phelps, were you listening and did you feel any sense of shame when Linda Reynolds spoke.”

Senator Reynolds finished her speech with a stern warning to those who supported the legislation.
“I’m sorry to say, we will go through it again and you will all be equally culpable.”
Alan has urged everybody to listen to the speech, especially Independent MP Kerryn Phelps.
