‘Let the chips fall where they may’, AMP hit with three class actions
AMP has been slapped with three separate class actions in wake of the shocking revelations of banking misconduct at the Royal Commision.
One of three law firms to file a suit against the board of AMP is Quinn Emanuel lawyers.
Ross Greenwood speaks with partner at the firm, Damian Scattini.
He tells Ross the basis of the class action is that AMP has “been ripping customers off and doing things that would jeopardise its licence”.
The suit is open to anyone who purchased shares from May 2013 until last week.
