A truck and ute crash has closed westbound lanes on the Logan Motorway at Larapinta.

The incident, which occurred just after 9am, left the car and trailer on its side and across multiple lanes.

Paramedics assessed three people at the scene but remarkably, no one was injured.

4BC traffic reporter Rhys Messenger says there are heavy delays back past Beaudesert Road, while eastbound traffic is on the brakes from Stapylton Road.
