A celebrity chef has hatched a bold idea to put a restaurant on the Story Bridge.

Luke Mangan already has a 20-seat restaurant on Sydney’s Harbour Bridge but hopes to bring the idea north.

“Why not?” he told Luke Bradnam.

“To do things like this is not just for people in Brisbane but it’s also for people around Australia and people around the world.”

As for how the food will be served? He’ll cross that bridge when he gets to it!
