The fire ant debate is heating up… 

Sarah McGuire, a member of the Stop the Toxic Fire Ant Program, joined Peter Gleeson on 4BC Drive to demand that the National Fire Ant Eradication Program be halted amid mass concern about the impact baits have on local wildlife and properties.

Mark ‘Fire Ant’ Furner, the State Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Regional Communities, joined Peter Gleeson on 4BC Drive to respond to new local concerns over the spread and dangers of the National Fire Ant Eradication Program in Queensland.
