Elton John’s music promoter says more than 400 invalid tickets sold by Viagogo have been presented at the music icon’s Australian shows.

But the controversial ticket resaler says customers are being refused entry simply because they presented Viagogo tickets.

Music promoter Michael Chugg says those claims are completely false.

He tells John Stanley they’re “on top of it”.

“The statements they’re putting out they’re just twisting, bending.

“It breaks my heart when I see people turned away at the gate that have paid five times the value of these tickets.”
