Neil Breen has torn shreds off the Deputy Police Commissioner over a shocking error in its domestic violence training.
A silhouette of Adolf Hitler was mistakenly featured in a training module meant to depict an officer talking to a member of the public.
Neil says while he understands the image was used unintentionally, the mistake is one in a long line of police errors on domestic violence.
“If that sort of mistake is getting through into the coercive control online training module, what else is going wrong?” he asked earlier.

Queensland Police Deputy Commissioner Tracy Linford told Neil Breen thousands in the police force had not noticed the error.
Neil Breen: “The point I am trying to make here is that if this error can get in, what other errors can get in and why have so many things gone wrong with regards to the treatment of domestic violence issues in Queensland?
“No one in the Queensland Police could say with a straight face you’re getting it right.”
Tracy Linford: “Well, I’ll have to disagree a bit with you, Neil, there-”
Neil Breen: “Disagree with what parts? Disagree with what parts?
“The inquest into Doreen Langham and Hannah Clarke and her children, the evidence we’ve heard is brutal to the Queensland Police Service.
“I think the Queensland Police Service is broken on this issue and you’re at the helm of it.
“I don’t think you can wash this away by saying no one saw it.
“Well, no one knew those women were going to get killed, either, according to the Queensland Police Service!”
Tracy Linford: “Well we do-
“It’s a system problem, Neil. Uh-”
Neil Breen: “But you’re in charge of the system! The system is yours.”
